Experts issue warnings as Lily Phillips announces ‘backdoor challenge’ after bedding over 100 men in one day

An expert has weighed in on Lily Phillips’ announcement of her next extreme challenge – and it’s safe to say that there are concerns.

Phillips is probably best known for her recent feat where she slept with 101 men in a single day.

The 23-year-old British adult film star is certainly making a name for herself in the industry, but there are growing concerns about her wellbeing.

Recently, she announced her plan to engage in an extreme sexual challenge, aiming to have anal sex with “as many guys as possible” in one day.

In the video, Phillips stated: “I’m having sex with as many guys as possible in my backdoor. Will you be there?”

Dr. Deborah Lee, a sexual health specialist with Dr. Fox Online Pharmacy, expressed serious concerns about the dangers of prolonged and frequent anal sex, per the Metro.

She noted the delicate nature of the anal canal and the heightened risks of injury and infection.

“The skin lining the anal canal is thin and easily traumatized, allowing bacteria, viruses, and other organisms to pass into the bloodstream,” Dr. Lee explained.

Potential complications include:

  • Incontinence: Damage to the anal sphincter could lead to difficulty controlling bowel movements or gas.
  • Fissures and Piles: Repeated trauma could cause painful tears or worsen existing hemorrhoids.
  • Bowel Rupture: Severe trauma may result in a ruptured bowel, leading to potentially life-threatening peritonitis.

Dr. Lee advised participants to use condoms, ensure adequate lubrication, and undergo STI screenings before and after engaging in anal sex.

Immunization against hepatitis B is also recommended for those engaging in high-risk sexual behavior.

The rise of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in the UK further underscores the dangers of such challenges. Dr. Lee highlighted significant increases in infections, including a 50% rise in gonorrhea cases since 2021.

“Lily is playing with fire,” she said. “All STIs have been rising exponentially in the UK in recent years. The risk of contracting infections like syphilis, chlamydia, and HIV is significantly higher with unprotected anal sex.”

Dr. Lee also pointed out that anal sex increases vulnerability to lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV), a severe form of chlamydia.

Symptoms include rectal pain, bleeding, and discharge, and treatment typically requires antibiotics.

Beyond the physical risks, mental health experts warn of the psychological toll such events can take.

Psychosexual therapist Natasha Silverman emphasized that prolonged sexual activity, especially when involving multiple partners, can lead to dissociation – a coping mechanism that disconnects an individual from their body or emotions.

“The brain and body have limits,” Silverman said. “Having sex when no longer turned on can be psychologically and physically painful and distressing, increasing the chances of the experience becoming traumatic.”

Phillips herself has previously admitted to emotional distress following a similar challenge, sharing a video of her crying after having sex with 101 men in 14 hours.

Silverman explained that while dissociation doesn’t always equate to trauma, it can signify distress when combined with physical pain or feelings of pressure.
